The LC-520N pairs a 10 head multihead weigher with a nitrogen flushing vertical form fill seal machine for potato chips, extruded snacks and puffed food. Nitrogen replaces oxygen inside the bag before sealing, so the product keeps its crunch and the unopened shelf life extends to 6 - 12 months. The system runs 50 - 60 bags per minute with a repeatable fill accuracy of ±0.5g on 50g snack bags.
