The LC-420CV is a servo driven vertical form fill seal system built for roasted coffee beans and ground coffee packed in 500g and 1kg bags. A stick-on one way degassing valve is applied inline before the sealing station, so carbon dioxide released by freshly roasted beans escapes while oxygen stays out. This keeps bags tight on the shelf, prevents puffing and protects aroma during 12 months of storage.

Suitable Packaging Materials

PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, kraft paper/PE and compostable laminates. Film thickness 60 - 120 micron. Valve patch must be applied on a flat area away from the seal zone.
