The LC-350R-8 is a durable steel frame doypack packaging machine engineered for plants that run premade pouch lines around the clock. Instead of a folded sheet metal cabinet, the machine sits on a robot welded frame built from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel plate, so the sealing turret, the filling head and the bag transfer arms stay in alignment after years of three shift operation. Vibration is absorbed by the frame mass rather than passed into the seal bars, which is the single biggest reason premade pouch lines start leaking at the seal after two or three seasons.
